I am home alone for a few days as Tony is away to Hawaii for business. Out of boredom, I baked mini pandan chiffon cakes. Using the same recipe I used previously for Pandan Chiffon Cake, using a muffin tray with paper muffin cups. Instead of baking for 50mins, I baked it for 20mins in the same temperature. The result was better than the big version of cake, maybe because the heat was distributed evenly.
