Today is Father's Day in New Zealand. While Tony was at golf, I decided to cook something for both of us as lunch after his golf. After checking out what ingredients I have in the fridge. I cooked some rice in the cooker with the balance of onion, chicken breast meat, fishballs, luncheon meat, corn and eggs in the fridge, these ingredients were ideal for doing Fried Rice.
