Yam Meatballs

The idea of Yam Meatballs was adapted from this blog. However, I need to change the recipe as I am  allegeric to one of the ingredient-Shrimps/Prawns...I love shrimps/prawns, I do not want to risk it. Besides that I also made other modification. For original recipe, please visit the above link. I love root vegetables-Yam/Taro, Tapioca, Sweet potatoes/Kumara and potatoes...as mentioned by the blogger if you love yam you will love this dish..credit must given to this blogger for converting the recipe of Ngor Hiang 五香-Meatroll into meatball recipe. Without fail, my mom will always make this dish for Chinese New Year.  Can't wait to go home in Jan, counting down starts from now...:)
