Egg Tofu with Mince Pork

I have never been a lover of Tofu except Egg Tofu. I find Tofu to be tasteless and bland even when it is cooked with other ingrediemts. Tofu or bean curd is a food made by solidifying soy milk and then pressing it resulting curds into soft white blocks. Somehow, the taste of Egg Tofu is different. I came acrossed this Asian Groceries Store near my workplace at Northshore which sells Egg Tofu and decided to pick up one tube and cooked it for our dinner but I was not sure if Tony likes it. He did mentioned to me that he, too don't like Tofu, however he likes this Egg Tofu with Mince Pork which I cooked.
