Baked Cheesy Chicken Breast


Recipe adapted from www.food.com , I have tweaked the recipe since I do not have parmesan cheese I substitute it with tasty cheddar cheese and added mustard into the seasonings after reading reviews from the website. The result turned out to be awesome. Tony and I enjoyed it as that I felt there is a need to reduce the salt content maybe to a 1/4 Teaspoon. It was a really simple and no mess preparation, fast and delicious recipe.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
2 Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup freshly Grated Tasty Cheddar Cheese
1 Tablespoon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning salt (You may reduce to 1/4 teaspoon)
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1.Mix mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings.
2.Spread mixture over chicken breast and place in baking dish with baking paper for easy cleanup.
3.Bake at 190C (375F) for 45 minutes and serve with some greens or salad to complete the meal.
