DIY - Meats Lover Pizza

This is an easy basic pizza dough recipe, it was so simple and never expecting making your own pizza is so easy and effortless. It was my 1st time making my own pizza, the pizza dough turned out  to be thin and crusty. It was yummy, you can add any of your favourite toppings to create your very own pizza.

Pizza Dough Recipe was adapted from Kiwiwise.co.nz and filling recipe was provided by me, you can create your own filling..add anything you and your family like...

Servings: 30cm pizza
Ingredients:

For Pizza Dough
1/2 cup Lukewarm Water
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Oil

Pizza Filling
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
200g Mince Pork
1/2 Green Capsicum, deseed, slice thinly
5 Button Mushrooms, slice
200g Cooked Shredded Chicken
200g Tasty Cheese, grated
1 Can  Diced Italian Tomatoes with Basil and Oregano
2 Tablespoons of Oil
Salt and Sugar to taste

1.Combine water and sugar, then sprinkle yeast on top and leave for 15 minutes until frothy. Do not stir.
2.Sift flour into a mixing bowl with salt. Make a well in the middle, add oil and yeast mixture. Mix and combine.
3.Turn out dough onto a floured surface and knead dough until smooth and elastic (if sticky add a little extra flour). Shape into a ball and place in a greased bowl. Leave covered in bowl until ball doubles in size (time depends on temp of room but about 40 minutes).
4. While waiting for the pizza dough to rise, you will prepare the pizza filling as you need to cool down the filling before spread on the pizza dough.
5. Heat up the oil in a pan on medium heat. Sautee the garlic till fragrance.
6. Add in the mince pork, then the can of diced tomatoes. When the pork is cooked through, season with salt and sugar to taste. Turn off the heat and set aside to cool.
7. Now back to the pizza dough after 40mins of resting, punch down the dough. On a lightly floured area,  knead lightly and with a lightly floured rolling pin. Roll out the dough to a desired thickness..(I was not good at rolling a round shape so I did a square pizza instead). Place a rolled out pizza dough on a baking paper or aluminium foil.
8. Spread the pizza base with mice pork and tomato filling we had prepared earlier. Then sprinkle on grated cheese, capsicum, mushroom, shredded chicken and more cheese on top of the pizza.
9. Bake at a pre-heated oven at  200°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
