Tony has decided to go on diet to shed some weight and has not been taking carbo and also paying alot attention on the nutritonal contents on the food he bought or eat. While, he was at golf yesterday, I decided to make him fruit juice since I have apples and carrots at home. This is simple to make juice, it will boost up his engery in a natural and healthy way after his golf, since he did not have any carbo and can be exhausting for his body especially after playing golf for 4hours.
Serving for 2-3
Ingredients:
6 Red Apples
3 Carrots
1 Inch Ginger
1. Clean and wash all ingredients, removing the core of apples and skin of ginger.
2. Put all fruits into a juicer.
3. Chill it and serve it.
