Grilled Honey Chicken Thigh

One of my resolution for the New Year is to lose some weight, so have to cook more healthy food and have less carbohydrates for meals. I have came up with this simple recipe of Grilled Honey Chicken Thigh. It is really simple to prepare and most importantly not much cleaning up to do after cooking.

Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
6 Boneless and Skinless Chicken Thighs (About 650g)
4 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
3 1/2 Tablespoon of Honey
1 Tablespoon Of Macadamia Oil or Vegetable Oil.

1. Preheat the oven to 175C. Set to Grill Mode. If you don't have an oven, you can pan grilled it.
2. Clean the Chicken Thighs and put it on a bowl. Add in the Soy Sauce, Honey and Oil. Mix well with the chicken and set aside for at least an hour.
3. Place  a sheet of aluminium foil on your baking tray. Lay the chicken thighs on the tray. Pour the leftover sauce on the bowl over the chicken.
4. Put the tray into the oven for 20 to 25minutes. Turn the chicken after 15mins so that both sides are well cooked.
5. Put the chicken on a plate, drain some of the sauce on the tray over the chicken and serve with some boiled vegetables.

It is really simple and quick right, without much mess too!

You can also pan grill the chicken, heat up a pan with 2 tablespoon of Oil and put the chicken on the pan on medium heat. Turn the chicken after 10minutes, slowly pour the remaining sauce over the chicken. Remove the chicken after about 8 minutes or when the chicken has been cooked.
