Welcome Home, Tony

Last week Tony was away to Sydney for business trip for selling while I was back in Singapore. He returned a day earlier than me back into Auckland on 11th Feb. 4 days later, which was after Valentine's Day he flew to Melbourne again leaving me  home alone in Auckland for selling. This was the 1st time staying alone in Auckland, was scared  but managed to overcome it. He will be back evening. To welcome him back, I decided to do a fried rice as it was one of his favourite dish from my cooking.

I decided to cook it using a Japanese Fried Rice Mix which my best friend Katherine recommended to me and even bought me to get it when I was back. Inside this packet, it contained 3 small Sachets. All instruction are in Japanese, Katherine told me to just add egg and fried with it as like we normally do our fried rice. However, I prepared the ingredients as per my normal style- Eggs, Chicken, Corn, Fish Cake and Luncheon meat into the fried rice then added the a sachet of the Japanese mix. It turned out yummy, just that it looked more like Fried Ingredients more than Fried Rice as you could see that it has more ingredients than rice. My fried rice is now ready and waiting for Tony which has just landed to return back to enjoy this fried rice. Welcome home, Tony!
