Lemongrass Meat Balls



Serving: 3-4

Ingredients:
5000g Mince Meat of your choice (I used 250g Pork and Chicken Mince each)
1 Clove Garlic, finely diced
1 1/2 Tablespoons Lemongrass (white part only), very finely diced
3 1/2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 Tablespoon Coriander,  finely chopped
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Breadcrumb
1/4 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
Vegetable Oil

1. In a large bowl, place all ingredients and seasoning ( except oil ). Mix till well combined.
2. Using wet hands, roll mince meat into even balls. Refrigerate for 15mins or more before cooking.
3. Preheat oven to 180 C.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan;cook meat balls for about 5 mins, sealing well on all sides. Cook in the oven for a further 10 mins, shaking pan halfway through cooking. Remove from oven and rest for 5mins.
5. Serve meatball on a platter with a dish of sweet chilli sauce or ketchup.
